Chef Tony and Sous Chef Evan have designed a menu of homemade pasta and sauces inspired by tradition and curated to excite your palate. Look forward to classics like gnocchi, and farfalle paired with ingredients such as nduja, Edgar farms asparagus and bone marrow. This menu is meant to be eaten family style, so you chose how many you want to try. Of course we will have tiramisu for dessert!
Eberhard Tamm from Enotri Wines will be selecting the wine pairings for each dish, so you know the wines will be incredible.
