3 Course Dinner & A Midsummer Night's Dream
Join us for a three course whimsical dinner at Wildroots followed by a ballet at The Arden.
William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream is one of his most beloved comedies. Four Athenians find themselves in a forest inhabited by fairies who manipulate the humans and are engaged in their own domestic intrigue. It is a lighthearted, humourous and fun tale of love and, often misguided, magic set in motion by the mischievous trickster Puck. The ballet adaptation is set to Mendelssohn’s 1827 concert overture and 1843 instrumental score which includes the famous “Wedding March.”
Dinner and Ballet tickets must be purchased separately but are best enjoyed together!!!

We do however know that you need to be properly fueled up to hit the boxing day sales, or that maybe you want to be sipping a mimosa flight while you online shop! We will be open for brunch our usual hours 9am-3pm!

Snow Flake Festival Pop-Up!! Perron Chalet Night
Join us during the snowflake festival for a night of fun! The snow flake festival will be hosting festivities for all ages and inside Wildroots we will be the cozy haven to warm up in. Chef Tony will have a cozy warming food menu and we will have mulled wine, hot toddies and all the cocktails to warm you! We will also have hot drinks available to go!!
The Perron courtyard will have fireplaces, and seating for you to relax on to watch the lighting of St Alberts tree!

FRENCH TOAST FESTIVAL
Okay so long story here, bear with me! We all bugged Chef Tony to put French toast, or waffles or pancakes or something sweet on the menu. He did not want to, and he fought it for a long time! Then finally one day, he said “Hey, I have an idea!! Lets put French toast on the menu!!!“ So he finally did, and of course, almost every person that has had it says that it is the best French toast they have ever had!! So naturally he gave an inch, and we take a mile!! We are going to celebrate being open for a year, by a menu with 5 different French Toast Features!! Get ready and it will blow your mind!!!

Chef Tony and Sous Chef Evan have designed a menu of homemade pasta and sauces inspired by tradition and curated to excite your palate. Look forward to classics like gnocchi, and farfalle paired with ingredients such as nduja, Edgar farms asparagus and bone marrow. This menu is meant to be eaten family style, so you chose how many you want to try. Of course we will have tiramisu for dessert!
Eberhard Tamm from Enotri Wines will be selecting the wine pairings for each dish, so you know the wines will be incredible.

Four Course Beer Pairing with Blind Enthusiasm
Blind Enthusiasm is dedicated to creating spontaneous and mixed fermentation beers. These are beers unlike anything you’ve ever had before. Chef Tony will prepare a delicious meal that will delight and surprise you. These four courses will be paired with the Blind Enthusiasm Beers to make for a truly unique event.
Tickets are 125$ per person and this includes a four course meal, paired with beer, 5% GST and gratuity.
