Pancake and Fried Chicken with siracha butter and slaw

Pasta Night
Chef Tony and Sous Chef Evan have designed a menu of homemade pasta and sauces inspired by tradition and curated to excite your palate. Look forward to classics like gnocchi, and farfalle paired with ingredients such as nduja, Edgar farms asparagus and bone marrow. This menu is meant to be eaten family style, so you chose how many you want to try. Of course we will have tiramisu for dessert!
Eberhard Tamm from Enotri Wines will be selecting the wine pairings for each dish, so you know the wines will be incredible.

First Official Day of the Patio
Join us for brunch on our rooftop patio overlooking Perron Street! Our patio is the best patio for people watching in our down town core! Come sip mimosas and iced coffees while munching on a Pizzwich in the sun!
Please bear with us, because it will be our first day with an extra 20 seats!

Four Course Beer Pairing with Blind Enthusiasm
Blind Enthusiasm is dedicated to creating spontaneous and mixed fermentation beers. These are beers unlike anything you’ve ever had before. Chef Tony will prepare a delicious meal that will delight and surprise you. These four courses will be paired with the Blind Enthusiasm Beers to make for a truly unique event.
Tickets are 125$ per person and this includes a four course meal, paired with beer, 5% GST and gratuity.
Doors to open at 6:00. Dinner to commence at 6:30.

Endeavour Kitchen Takeover
Be ready as Chef Tony takes over the kitchen at Endeavour Brewing! He will be bringing with him lots of fun pub snacks like sticky ribs, tartar and mushroom toast!!

ENGLISH PUB NIGHT WITH ALLEYKAT BREWERY
Join us to partake in all things English! We will have an English styled cask from Alley Kat to pair with our fun and exciting pub foods prepared by Chef Tony and Evan. Except to see fun favorites like scotch eggs, pies, and chip butties! Once the cask runs out we will have lots of different AlleyKat Beers to drink, and our menu will be A La Carte, so you can order as much or as little as you want! Timeslots for reservations will be limited to two hours.

Lunar New Year Dim Sum Night
Chef Tony spent two years working in Vancouver in a Dim Sum restaurant and he has been waiting for a fun opportunity to put his dumpling making skills to work! Expect to see classic dim sum dishes with a Chef Tony spin!
Chelsea will be making lots of citrus cocktails to cheers and bring luck in the coming year! We will celebrate the year of the snake with good food, good drink and good friends.

A Night in Paris New Years Dinner
If you have heard of our whirl wind romance, you know that Chelsea followed Tony to Europe within their first month of dating. They spent a week in Paris eating and drinking. Tonys only preparation for the trip was a list of top restaurants to eat at and we went to them all.
Now is your chance to try some of the best dishes of Paris done in the Chef Tony Tipping style. Spend the night in our cozy bistro drinking French wines, cocktail and champagne.
There is two seating one 5:00-8:00pm where you finish just in time to catch the St Albert Fireworks, and 9:00- Midnight where you ring in the New Year with us!

One of our core values is family first and we are taking Christmas Day to spend with our families. We will be eating as much food as we can possibly eat and watching our one and a half year old boy be more excited about the wrapping paper than the gifts wrapped in them. We will be reflecting on every single one of you that has made our wildest dreams come true and we will be here waiting for your eggnog hang overs on Boxing day with Caesars and eggs benny to cure you!
